Q: QuestionMy son had his laptop charging and our puppy got a hold of the charging cord while it was still charging the laptop which caused the laptop to crack open from the bottom of the screen where it holds the screen and keyboard. Will ADH cover it?

• A:Answer I understand that it starts immediately, if you are talking about the one that replaces it for any reason, like dropping, spills, etc. The manufacture's warrantly should cover bad parts, etc. The Geek Squad should be your best place to get the "real" scoop though.
