Yes it does. One time charger replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just spoke to Joecille on the Chat with Best Buy and they said the charger was not included under the protection plan. They said it was only for the specific item which is the laptop. They also said the parts of the laptop are covered through the manufacturer up to a year and not the protection plan. I will call the manufacturer at 1855-253-6686 and find out if I can get a replacement charger. Make sure you double check what you are paying for when it comes to the protection plan I was under the assumption that my protection plan covered my whole purchase as the charger came with the laptop. I also went into the Oceanside store yesterday and spoke with two associates in regards to this question and they both told me that I was able to get the charger replaced through my protection plan. I am satisfied with my purchased just giving others a heads up in regards to the protection plan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It used to cover the charger just by saying you needed a new one but now apparently you have to take it in-store to send out for replacement. Unfortunately i the mine away in the recycling beforehand because this doesn't used to be policy.
