I had to talk to 6 different people before anyone would even look into this. Last week they finally bought me a new computer. What makes me mad is that they didn't even try until I went in super upset after repeatedly being told it was out of their hands. I'm more upset about the way things were handled
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think if you have your receipt for dropping off your computer than they have to make good on your item. Talk to the manager, if that don't work talk to his supervisor. They have to settle your case.
