It’s been 7 hours and order status only says just received. I will never buy another e-gift card from Best Buy this process should have only taken 1 hour to be delivered

My most recent purchase took about 12 hours, probably due to the high Black Friday demand. If you haven’t received your e-mail after 24 hours, contact customer service.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I placed e-gift card order on 07/06/23 in the afternoon. 1 hour was the max hold time suggested and 1hr passed and nothing. I called customer support and they stated “they will expedite my order and I would receive the e-gift card in 3 hrs maximum. 3 hours passes and it’s now 10:38PM and absolutely nothing yet again. I called and was on hold for the second time and when I finally got through the associate hung up. Just wow! This is supposed to be for a birthday gift. They didn’t waste one second to withdraw the money from my account but you refuse to deliver the e-gift card I purchased ? How exactly does this work. I was already dreading the wait once I saw the multitude of horrible reviews here.
