I. purchased my new HP laptop from Best Buy about 6 months ago having used it less than 10 hours. Reason reason being during that 10 hours, I set and did not write down the password II created that I "would never forget". Well;, I have tried every passwords i can think of and no luck. can someone please help me? i i saved up for almost a year to buy that and have given away my old laptop leaving me to use my android phone to run the company that i am attempting to start. please tell me i am bot the proud owner of a $400.00 paperweight julie mielkeWas told that i had a 1 year warranty.

They also offer Technical Support plans for software issues (virus protection, software installs, OS restores, etc.).
