It likely wont coat you anything with the protection plan but youll have to allow them to send off the device for repair.

Please try again later.If you purchased it at Best Buy, and you purchased the warranty? you are good to go.. they do not repair them. if it's under waranty they replace it for you. no charge. if not then unfortunately you may have to take it to a computer repair shop, and I dont recommend that. GOOD LUCK
