Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have to pay $90 + tax for the 'deductible' to fix a cracked screen despite having paid $80 for the 1-year protection plan. If I can go to a repair shop and spend around the same amount to get it fixed, what is the point of buying a protection plan?

A scratch may not be covered if it is merely cosmetic. Please head on over to www.geeksquad.com/schedule to set up a reservation to visit your local Geek Squad so we can check the console out and see if it is covered. Be sure to bring in all of the accessories that came with the Switch when you visit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just unboxed my smart TV that has been stored in the orginal packing since good Friday for my fiber to the house. The screen has a crack and what looks like a dot the size or a dime. Is this covered in my Greek squad package. Toby Woodmore 615-633-1647
