yes I had my switch and it was broken I took it and they fixed it up.

Don’t waste your time. Only bring it back if you purchased the switch from Best Buy. If you bought it somewhere else they will turn you away. Went through the process of setting up the appointment and bringing it in only to be told that because I didn’t buy it from Best Buy they couldn’t work on it.
