Q: QuestionI recently scratched my switch and saw a tutorial using nail polish remover. I tried it and it melted/discolored the outer part of my screen (I tried using Sharpie to fix it, but that didn't work). Would Geek Squad be able to give me a new screen?

Q: QuestionI have a limited edition Let's Go Pikachu Switch that I need joy cons replaced for. I'm being told I can't get them replaced due to it being LE. Is there any workaround for this as I purchased GSP for this exact reason.

Q: Questiondo you fix what people call "the drift" on the switches?

• A:Answer The term "drift" applies to the Joycons. It occurs when the Joycons move on your screen without you actually touching them. The best option is to take them to your local Geek Squad, or request a repair ticket from the official Nintendo website. Trying to repair them yourself is also and option, but may render the Joycons useless and may void your warranty. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionIf I buy a Nintendo Switch with the 2 year protection plan, does it start right away or after the manufacturer warranty? If it's right away, then we're technically paying for 1 year because it says to use the manufacturer warranty first until it ends.
