You don't want to know how many times I've ran into stuff while using our VR sets. They should really sell adult leashes for those. Lol. And I know it's a year later but I had to respond to you because this sounds exactly like a cartoon scene and also something that would happen to me. I hope you didn't hesitate and I hope you went in. And I hope that you had the squad protection on the PC and not just the VR. Don't make the same mistake I did by and not insuring every single electronic I ever purchased from them.
A:AnswerI don't know the answer to this for sure but I highly doubt it. I wasn't told that when I bought the protection for my laptop that it only cover a certain amount of money. So you can't get it fixed if you accidentally break it twice and it cost more than the amount. Well you can get it fixed but you need to pay the extra. I thought it would be like my phone insurance.
A:AnswerNo. I dont think that is acceptable. Might depend on how many people they have working at the time i honestly have never had a problem with any items I have had to return. Tell them that it is not acceptable and you wabt a replacement.
