A:AnswerNo. I dont think that is acceptable. Might depend on how many people they have working at the time i honestly have never had a problem with any items I have had to return. Tell them that it is not acceptable and you wabt a replacement.
A:AnswerIf it is the Geek Squad accidental protection plan. Then that depends on the cost. I was not told this ahead of time when I bought there accidental protection plan. Only after I called to ask a question about it. But they told me that during my two year plan there is an amount of money that they will fix things for. I'm pretty sure it was the amount my laptop cost which was around $1,800. So while they make it seem like you're completely protected during those two years really you're just protected up to the amount you paid. Anything outside of that amount they make you pay. Or at least that's what they told me
A:AnswerIf you purchase geek squad warranty yes they should cover it because it’s part of the game system. Only way it’s covered unless it’s disclosed when you read the fine print when purchasing warranty plan
A:AnswerShould be. I purchased the 3 year accident policy with Geek Squad. You might have to look into the actual warranty policy. It gives examples of what is covered/what is not and has lots of FAQ examples too. I was able to do this through the Best Buy order history on my account.
A:AnswerHm? somehow this does not sound right. I would not download the invoice, instead call the geek squad directly, to many scammers out there looking for personal info.
