Q: QuestionI bought the 1 year adh plan for the laptop that I bought in February. Some of the buttons are hard to push and some don't work and the battery life doesn't last. How do I go about insurances? I have my receipt with the purchased plan. Now what do I do?

• A:Answer I would go to the store and take my device with me. They will most likely tell you if your still covered and if you are atleast you have device and save a trip for running back home to get it. And maybe read over your paperwork. That may help

Q: QuestionI have the 2 year ADH 500-799.98 plan for the Galaxy S9. It stopped charging the other day. I have tried a new charger and that didn't work. I have also blown out the port with compressed air. My question is if I pay the deductible, do I get a NEW phone?

If it's an older phone like a Galaxy S6, it's more likely in that scenario to receive a refurbished phone that will function like new. I hope this helps. • A:Answer Hi there. Thanks for your great question! The plan starts the day of the purchase. The reason it does is because it covers much more than the manufacturer warranties. It fills in the gaps so to speak. For example, the manufacturer wouldn't cover a damaged laptop that was dropped. Our plan would. The manufacturer may have more specific guidelines on what is covered and what is not and ours may be easier to work with. We'd be happy to answer any further questions if you have any. I bought my son a jimu robot for Christmas and the ipad mini wouldn't let me down load the app. So I had to up grade his ipad up to the ipad mini 2.
