Hi, I have bought insta 360 x4 lens guard on the 05th of september. I have used them and was very happy until the connection between the glass and the camera was broken, the camera didn't fall to the ground, the conditions of the glass are perfect, it's just bad quality. For this reason, I want them replaced. Attached you see pictures of the lens guard and the receipt, when I bought them. I am looking forward from hearing of you. Have a great day. Please try again later.If you have the protection plan through geekspot you can contact them about starting your claim they should be able to help you and walk you through it. Or you will have to look in your email to see what your protection plan claim where it is cause they should have emailed it to you. Then you would contact your claim agent and they will walk you through it or tell you what the plan covers..

I called you and they told me that I had to return the product to the USA. I went to DHL now and they asked me for US$350 for this, which is out of the question.
