It’s super easy. If you bought the warranty, simply return the controller and they give you a new one. I’ve had to do it twice for controllers. My son is hard on them. I simply swap it out, and ALWAYS pay for the warranty again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just bring in to the store with your receipt from the app but they will already have it on their end with your info. I took it back with the box and everything it came with. They swapped it out right away with a new one. Not refurbished.
