Try power cycling it. Call the manufacturer if that doesn't work.

Please try again later.First thing you need to do is call your internet service provider and make sure they have the MAC address in their system so it’s active as well as the codes changed to use a customer owned modem and not one of theirs. Then if that doesn’t fix it you need to have them come out and check signal. If all is well after that you may have a faulty modem. But returning your modem should be your last step and only after you have completed the above steps.

The two big things you can do would be unplugging the modem and router and letting it sit for 5-10 minutes to restart and then plugging it all back in. The next thing would be to contact your Internet Service Provider to make sure the signal is coming through just fine.
