• Yes, I bought an Nespresso on here with the geek squad plan but them realized I wanted to bundle with the frother so I returned it and they gave me the refund on the geek squad plan.

• If you bought the protection plan you can bring it back to Best Buy and they will replace your product right there and if you didn’t than most products have a one or two year warranty for free with their product or like dyson a lifetime warranty Cindy

• I don't know. I would check with the store. It probably depends on how long you have had the unit. Just got home with it maybe. Used for say a few months no but may be pro rated. Easy to find out just ask someone. Make an immediate written note of the answer/persons name you spoke with, date and time of conversation. Save these notes. Memory doesn't trump a written note.
