Please try again later.If you bought the protection plan you can bring it back to Best Buy and they will replace your product right there and if you didn’t than most products have a one or two year warranty for free with their product or like dyson a lifetime warranty Cindy

Used for say a few months no but may be pro rated. Easy to find out just ask someone. Make an immediate written note of the answer/persons name you spoke with, date and time of conversation. Save these notes. Memory doesn't trump a written note.
