Q: Question1 Why is it i can no longer right a review for this product? 2 Why is it that you mention no where on this product that the plan is not a 2-year product replacement plan it is 2-year OR until you have it replaced once then you have to buy the plan again?

Q: QuestionI have a harman/kardon onyx studio 4 and it fell from my desk and hit the corner of my chair can it be fixed, it tore from the front it dose sound good did not hit bass speaker bad but it is an eye sore ? it sounds good I don’t think it sounds different.

• A:Answer It should and it never hurts to try. Never be anxious or embarrassed if you paid for the service, just walk right up to the geek squad counter. Say you need it repaired or replaced. Then Boom. Never had and issue with that.
