• A:Answer That is what a warranty is for if you purchase the warranty they should be able to replace it and if you can’t find the receipt and you made it on a credit card they should be able to look up the credit card and find the payment that you purchased it with

Q: QuestionI have Bose wireless Bluetooth ear buds from Best Buy. Can the 2 year protection plan be good to replace the static ear buds. I ask this because the right side earpiece is broken and thrashed, while I still have the left side earpiece & the case(charger).
