• A:Answer Yes, I just got my TV replaced and sadly the old warranty plan does not continue. You must buy a new warranty plan since the plan was "fulfilled".

• A:Answer They're not going to cover things that are YOUR fault. There are lots of other reasons to have a warranty... Things break on their own. Power surges happen, LED's go out, Pixels can go bad, power supplies can fail, etc... It's a warranty against defects, not full coverage car insurance protecting you from yourself. .

• A:Answer Best Buy doesn’t make tv’s and can only extend a 30 day return policy and offer an extended warranty. If the warranty is not purchased then the next step to take would be to contact the manufacturer because it could be covered by their warranty
