All that I have ever purchased was ready within the hour, although the longest I've waited once for digital was 2hrs. You have to be careful ordering online because so cards so "digital" and others show "physical. You have to make that you're looking to see what you're selecting. Check your spam folder and see if you received an email. Could you have selected "in store pickup" and not digital? I an issue once and actually had to call. Reach out to Best Buy customer service at 1-888-716-7994. Hope this helps :)
