“I ordered this to charge my iPhone X, but it does not fit the wall charger that came with my phone. In the description it states it works for this phone. What am I missing?”

This connector isn’t the one that goes to an wall outlet for the iPhone X, this connects to the MacBook Pro... you need just a regular iPhone charger for your phone... unless you buy a plug that goes with that c-port connector... I hope that helps...

you need a type c charger since it is not a regular usb plug you need to get one separately

I believe the iPhone needs the USB type A and the iPhone 11 uses the USB type C connector.

You need to buy the 18 watt charger that goes with the cable that has a lightning port just like the end of the cable. The charger that comes with the phone as you noticed does not work because it has a USB end. It will charge your new iPhone is less than half the time. Worth the $$$.

It only works with the MacBook series. I’m not sure if the gave usb-c chargers yet but you can always buy an adapter

It’s USB C to lightning and I’m pretty sure your charger that came with your phone is a USB A to lightning. That’s probably what it is. :)

You are probably missing the usb C charging adapter. This connects to your electrical outlet. I charge mine through my macbook pro usb c port.
