QuestionI'm purchasing my first go pro camera and looking into all the different accessories. Does it make sense for me to purchase this 3-way mount as well as the floating hand grip accessory? Or does the 3-way mount encompass all my needs?

- Answer The 3 way mount will do anything the floating hand grip does except for floating. Although it is waterproof it will sink if dropped in water.

- Answer Yes, if you have a HERO7 model or earlier. The 3-Way connects using the mounting fingers from the Frame or other housing that holds the GoPro. On later models like the HERO8 Black and the MAX, the mounting fingers are incorporated into the camera's body, so no additional Frame or housing is needed to connect it to the 3-Way.

- Answer GoPro doesn't make an iPhone mount that connects directly to our system, but there are some adapters that convert the GoPro mounting system to a male tripod connector. Search for "Tripod Thread Mount Adapter" here on Best Buy and you should see one. With that, you can use standard phone/tripod mounts with our system.

- Answer If you buy the 3 way mount you will need a floatation stick for the way. I don't recommend to take this 3 way mount in salt water.
