“Can I stop Tracfone auto-renewal temporarily and use up some of my surplus minutes as long as I don't go past the end of service date?”

• Tracfone is horrible and will not let you cancel auto refill on the app or online. I have been on hold for an hour an a half, hung up on once and still haven't succeeded.

• Yes you can, give customer service a call and they will assist you on it.
