I just had this problem too and it started immediately after I added Spotify from the cloud to my active apps. Prime still worked great on my iPad. So I tried removing Spotify from the active apps, and voila, Amazon Prime worked fine again. Kind of annoying because I don’t want to have to reload Spotify every time I want to listen to music..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Got it. We removed the channel then reloaded it. We had to go through Amazon and password and such. Then when we reloaded the channel on the tv, it gave us an option to set up through the website. It asked for a code from the TV to put on my laptop. All the Watch Next items were in the same place as when we had last watched.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't buy this for the Roku as I use an Amazon firestick for my DirectvNow. Good thing. When I use Roku, the levels are so low that I have to run the volume all the way up. Never had an issue loading though. Buffers a lot, however, not a problem with the firestick as it is hardwired through ethernet. Cant do that with the TV as it has no ethernet port. Save yourself the grief and get a firestick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. But it has worked fine for about 8 months. Can still watch prime on other devices. Maybe the app is bad? All other apps work fine. Might be the TV, it is pretty cheap.
