“When I do a search for 12v tv, this model comes up. Is anyone successfully running this tv on 12 volts, and what kind of adapter do you use? Thanks!”

• This LCD TV is very efficient on the use of power... Although it only has a 120v A/C input for power it could be used with small 12volt to 120v A/C inverter like the ones made to plug into a cigarette lighter... The power it draws is only 50W (less than one half of an Amp at 120v) so a small inverter would run it fine... The power supply inside the TV is what is called a SMPS (switch mode power supply) and it doesn't care if the power being supplied is not "perfect"... This TV has a great picture and the ROKU add-in is just topping on the cake... Dave
