Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We were told the 4 year Geek Squad warranty begins AFTER the end of the 1 year manufacturers warranty. If we needed help or technical help, that would be available as soon as we purchased the Geek Squad warranty.

Please try again later.according to the contract I received, the so called 2 yr starts from purchase date. example: 1yr warranty on appliance so you use the mfg. warranty first year and then the geek squad coverage only lasts one more year so you only get 1 yr. addl. coverage/product purchased on 12/21/21 will expire 12/21/23:(

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Manufactured warranty is not able to be exchanged at best buy you will need to contact the manufacturer if you have the protection they can fix it and if qualifies for it they might replace the item !
