I had a similar problem with my last LG microwave...it turned out to be a short circut with my power outlet and not the microwave. I moved the microwave to another outlet and the microwave worked just fine. It lasted for 6 years :) I replaced it with another LG microwave just last month.

Have you pushed the button too Many times (in using), and it's maybe It's defunct??, Wore out?? Best Buy is good store If not, it's like a car, you Start @ the battery and go forth. Maybe it's the wiring, loosened From the vibration from the gun it makes while running. Mine vibrates, tried to balance it. products very good. Back in 50's/60's we had good American built products, but now, look what world trade is Doing to us! Forget it is about cheap, Amen. If you have warranty, in time, Your lucky. I'm 70, been through 2 War's. My button's are now Wore out. Amen.
