Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no idea what the problem is, but I would read the instructions. There must be a way to do a complete rest. This is why I invested in Geek Squad Protection. All sound bars seem to be flaky.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try doing a hard reboot. Unplug for ten seconds and hold input and volume down for 5 seconds upon plugging it back in. Then use the Vizio ap to make sure the sound bar has up to date firmware.
