I would definitely wait and have them dismount the tv. That way if anything happens to it in process of dismounting, it will be covered and if necessary replaced. They will definitely dismount anything they are working on.

It may help to keep the TV up for the time being so the agent can see it in its normal state. If we need to, the TV can be taken down. When your agent gives you a pre-call letting you know they're on the way, go ahead and ask if they'd prefer it taken down or not. I hope this helps!
