Your best bet is to contact BestBuy, their support specialists are great. Every scenario is different, talk to them. But if your vents are clogged, keep the lint filter clean, after every use. Also if your home dryer ventilation is obstructed, look for local ads, there are people that come to your home and unclog it for about $60.00. Go outside look at your dryer exhaust window, does it look clogged? sometimes is superficial just run a stick through the vents while the dryer is running. Also make sure the foil duct behind you dryer is not bent or twisted. I am just a user, not affiliated with BestBuy.. Good Luck.
