Q: QuestionI love this TV had it for 6 months accidentally I had glad powder deodorizer on a top shelf above it I went to reach for it and some spilled in the back of the tv I cleaned everything off and it's working ok Now will this hurt the TV if some got inside

• A:Answer Should be fine if was powder. Could turn tv off and disconnect power and use some canned air to clean out. Should be fine though.

Q: QuestionI know that this says it is 50 inches but what is the size for the viewing (picture). I just bought the 40 inch TV and it only has 30 inches 30 viewing (picture) and am very disappointed with it.

• A:Answer Everyone appears to not understand the question as their answers don't address his issue. That is, "why is the viewable picture smaller than the actual screen size?" That seems to me what he is asking. What is the largest picture obtained with a 50" diagonal TV? We know how they are measured (diagonally). He wants to know why his viewable picture only has a diagonal of 30", and not the full 50" of his TV screen. I would like to know the answer to that question also.

• A:Answer First, check your input button on your remote and make sure it matches whatever it is you're linked through (Roku box, DVD, etc.). If that's not it, try turning the TV on and off and using the TV input on your remote, and then follow the instructions onscreen for setting up through your cable or roof-top antenna. If you are using an HDMI cable, try changing to another cable to make sure the HDMI cable is not malfunctioning. That will work 99% of the time. If it's not that, you may simply have gotten a bad TV...which is rare but possible.
