QuestionMy screen keeps going black while audio keeps working it starts right back up again and screen is visible so the video is working . However , in five to twenty minutes it goes black again.Why?

- Answer I had this problem before. It was a bad hdmi cable. I also had the same problem with one that had the hdmi cable hanging down and pulling on the hdmi socket. Try replacing the hdmi cable and making sure it doesn't have tension pulling on the socket.

- Answer Not normal. The legs are weird to install. Just double check it or take it back.

QuestionWill a USB flash drive LOOP a slideshow? I know it will cycle through .jpeg files, but will it continuously loop them, and can I set slide length?

QuestionI keep seeing reviews that state it has a great picture. Am I doing something wrong? Mine has a bad "shadow" or slow response time when people (or objects) move. Why is that? It sort of blurs when people move. Can this be fixed?

- Answer I had the same problem, I returned it for a different set. From what I've read it has to do with the response time of the panel and is typical for fast moving scenes. I can only think there's a bad batch of panels as I can't see all the glowing reviews if this were normal. It was cheap but...
