You have to go to the Crunchyroll website and then go over to your setting. Go click on membership and then it will give you the option to cancel it. You will still have the rest of your membership time left but be wary as I have seen stories of people’s membership time being cut in half after turning off auto renewal instantly. I recommend turning off auto renewal or cancelling the membership 1 to 2 days before your free trial ends.
