QuestionI have tried to use a Roku Premiere and an Amazon Fire Stick 4K with this TV. Both of them appear to have an issue with the ports on this TV, even though they work fine with all my other TVs. Is there a special setting on this TV that has to be changed?

- Answer You need to reboot the TV so it sees the Roku or Fire, turn it off using the remote, then unplug the power cable, holding the reset button down, plug the power cable in again and power the TV up. It should now work with the Roku or Fire.

QuestionHow long for the initial updates to download? Its been over 2hrs now and it still says “Downloading updates. Yout TV will restart automatically. The update will take a few minutes.” Very disappointing as movie night with the new TV was not possible.

QuestionCloudy darker and lighter spots when screen is black and on is this normal? Also freezing on startup and when selecting a streaming service it will freeze tv and have to unplug and plug back in as no buttons work when this happens and it happens everyday
