You can view Disney+ on this VIZIO SmartCast TVs by 'Casting' the content from the Disney+ app on a compatible device. You can also use the AirPlay feature of your VIZIO TV with an iOS device running iOS12.3 or later or a Mac device running 10.14.5 or later.

No, in order to watch Disney plus you have to cast it from your phone or tablet with app installed. It is not available at the moment but I guess soon it will be.

This TV has Vizio's Smartcast software on it. It is different than others like Amazon, Roku, Andriod TV as you can't download apps from an App Store, like Disney plus.
