A:AnswerI'm just about to hit the "purchase" button for this device (going through the Grandpad.net website) because it seems perfect for my elderly sight impaired mother. So much information and great customer service on the Grandpad.net website even if you got your device through Best Buy, I'll bet they will help you. Maybe the charging station is under warranty?
