- Answer You are stuck with the onboard 8gb LPDDR5 unfortunately. There is no upgradable ram slot on this model vero unlike previous model Vero's

- Answer Unfortunately no, the memory is soldered to the motherboard. There is a chance that you could hire a professional to unsolder the ram chips and install higher capacity ones, but its uncertain if that would even work or not. But in short, no. ram is not (nor is it meant to be) user upgradable.

- Answer All Acer laptops ship with an AC adapter that supports 100v-240v. The only thing you would need is an adapter for the plug end of the US power cord to fit the outlets outside North America.

- Answer As noted by others, yes, a trial version, that can be converted to either the subscription version or the latest permanent ownership. Note that any of the MS Office programs can also be accessed via the Edge browser, with the limit of one program at a time, for free. Also, there are several free versions of Office available, made by other manufacturers.
