Does the Acer Aspire 3 have a CD/DVD drive? null

No, this laptop does not have a CD/DVD drive.

I found if you go to the company directly you can get the Acer Aspire 3 with the CD and DVD drive it's a little over $600. It's in the classic laptops section. Hope this helps
