• A:Answer This computer is optimized for using online. It lacks sufficient storage to carry much in the way of programs, so they reside in the cloud. If you packed it with programs, you would have no room for files. Sure, you can use memory cards, but the biggest available is a bit smaller than a small HDD.

• A:Answer Yes. It includes 1 yr of access to Windows Office 365. While 365 is based online, you can also download it for offline access. Keep in mind though that it only has a 32 gb installed SSD hard drive, so it can fill up quick. With a built in card reader, you can use an SD card to upgrade your available storage space for files
