I know window is already has a thing called window snap where you can put two things side by side I don't know if you've known that but yeah you can have windows on one side and a game on another side already. Not to mention there's programs and apps that allow you to do that in a better way than windows snap. Look into it. It's called picture by picture. You can just type in picture by picture apps or picture by picture programs
