Its 3200mhz. You need an additional ram module that is PC-3200 for it to run in dual channel.l mode. Once installed you can use CPU-Z to look at your memory specs to confirm it's running in dual channel. Once the machine senses a second ram stick it will be in dual channel. Just make sure you get a 3200 module if you have the Ryzen version of this laptop (4600h). Each slot handles up to a 16gb stick. For the best performance I'd recommend buying a 32gb matched set of PC-3200 memory from a reliable brand and keeping the included 4gb stick as a spare or for use in another machine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ram is at 3200mHz. I used this and it worked just fine to get a total of 16GB: CT8G4SFS832A (Google it).

Those models only run 1.2 v. Go with Hyper X 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL20 SODIMM (Kit of 2) HyperX Impact. Runs 3200 Mhz right out the box as the XMP profile is automatically configured on this ram without needing to go into the BIOS.
