Q: QuestionDoes Best Buy offer ram upgrades services. Like if I purchased the laptop from Best Buy and had a ram upgrade for the laptop would they install it?

• A:Answer Geek Squad AFAIK offers upgrades but that is paid service. But truth be told, It's easy to upgrade this laptop yourself, Just unscrew all 11 screws and pry open. (Note: It's easier if you start prying at the ethernet connector side.) I've upgrade my Nitro to 2TB NVMe.2 and a 2TB SATA SSD and also to 32 GB of RAM myself.

• A:Answer All Acer laptops ship with an AC adapter that supports 100v-240v. The only thing you would need is an adapter for the plug end of the US power cord to fit the outlets outside North America. This laptop needs a 180W 19.5V/9.23A adapter. Or you could check with the Acer store at 800-910-2237 as well; hours are 8am-5pm Central, M-F.
