QuestionHi I bought this monitor of of bestbuy and on the back of the monitor it said 50/60 hz even though I have purchased it when it said 240 hz can it still reach 240 thanks.

- Answer 50/60hz has to do with the specifications of the AC adapter, not the refresh rate. The refresh rate for this monitor is up to 240hz.

QuestionA monitor is supposed to monitor something off of another thing like a PC or a ps4. So does this monitor do the same thing, it only monitors off of something else or you just plug it and turn it on and it is like the home screen of a regular labtop.
