A:AnswerI have this Acer monitor with HDR400 and a Asus HDR600 4K monitor as well and I can't tell the difference. Don't know about HDR10 but as far as comparing it to the HDR600, Nothing wrong with HDR400 IMHO.

A:AnswerYes, this monitor supports height adjustment, swivel and tilt, but does not support pivoting to portrait mode. Dimensions with the stand are: 28.18 x 18.98-24.10 x 12.16", WxHxD.
A:AnswerI can't say enough about gaming @ 4K with a 31.5"/32" screen size. And This monitor has a great display IMHO. sturdy base as well. Has built in speakers that are ok @ best. I would recommend this monitor and the HDR400 is bright enough for me.
A:AnswerBoth the HDMI and DP cables are short. The ones that came with my monitor were about 3ft, I had to get 6ft for my setup, bummer BUT the monitor is excellent IMHO so no biggie about the short cables.
