- Answer I have this Acer monitor with HDR400 and a Asus HDR600 4K monitor as well and I can't tell the difference. Don't know about HDR10 but as far as comparing it to the HDR600, Nothing wrong with HDR400 IMHO.

QuestionHow do I use the RGB light sense application with this monitor? Purchased yesterday and it says it cant detect a supported device. I have the HDMI 2.1 plugged into my graphics card and power and that’s all, do I need to do something with USB A/B/C cables?

- Answer Yes, this monitor supports height adjustment, swivel and tilt, but does not support pivoting to portrait mode. Dimensions with the stand are: 28.18 x 18.98-24.10 x 12.16", WxHxD.

Questionwould this monitor be better then the samsung odyssey gaming crg5 series 24"? I am wondering if it would be better because I would love to get this for a gaming pc.

- Answer I can't say enough about gaming @ 4K with a 31.5"/32" screen size. And This monitor has a great display IMHO. sturdy base as well. Has built in speakers that are ok @ best. I would recommend this monitor and the HDR400 is bright enough for me.

QuestionEvery other monitor has a clear "Response Time" listing in their specifications (1ms, 2ms, 4ms...etc), but not this monitor's listing. Title says...."Up to 0.5ms" what kind of marketing scheme is this? What is the regular response time for this monitor?

QuestionWhat is the max length of an HDMI 2.1 cable that will carry the full 3840x2160 resolution at 144hz? Does cable length matter? I need at least 15ft. Will a 20ft cable work? What about 25ft? Thanks!

- Answer Both the HDMI and DP cables are short. The ones that came with my monitor were about 3ft, I had to get 6ft for my setup, bummer BUT the monitor is excellent IMHO so no biggie about the short cables.
