A:AnswerYes, this is why I bought mine too. There's a slight delay back on your monitor, but better than spending 4 times the price if you're on a budget. I bought a USB power brick, a USB to barrel plug cable, then bongo tied them to my rig/tripod. Works great now without having to plug in.
A:AnswerI try the same thing and it didn't work so I end up connecting from my receiver to the wireless transmitter and from my second tv output on my receiver to the tv next to the top box
A:AnswerYes, if you have a HDMI OUT from the security camera DVR, is possible, but if you have just one HMDI OUT in the DVR, you are going to use just for this item, because is not going to have enough power to split the signal.
A:AnswerYes you can. But it will not transmit the same signal to two different receivers. Each transmitter/receiver is one on one. But if you have both transmitters hooked up to same source, they will each transmit to their own receiver.
A:AnswerWe have cable and they have an extension in the box for a IR remote so you can change the channel from the room the receiver is. We did have a bad unit at first and it wouldn’t change channel. Works fine with new one
A:AnswerIt should work. The transmitter and receiver are independent of the signal feed except for the out to in to the unit. Have three of these units in my home and they work great!
A:AnswerI am able to use a directv remote to control the 2nd tv and volume, etc. have to turn off 2nd tv and my wireless box then turn back on my wireless receiver and wait until both lights on front are green before turning on tv Have not had any problems when using this routine
A:AnswerThe picture will work fine but sound has a delay. My home theatre have the settings to adjust the audio delay. I set that to get the desired effect. If you do not have that, do not buy this product.
A:AnswerThe ActionTec MyWireless TV2 no longer supports multiple receivers as their 1st generation units did, according to their tech support . The new unit is also not compatible with earlier versions.
A:AnswerSo simple to hookup, transmitter is installed at the source box, i.e. your cable or satellite box, using the hdmi output into transmitter and back to your hdmi input to tv. The receiver is installed on the back of the tv. you want to use, just use the hdmi port.
A:AnswerWell, I can give a few possible reasons why this happens. I'm not an owner of one though.
1. Signal interference. Do you possibly have a WiiU near it? Is it being blocked by those signals?
2. Defective. 'Nuff said.
3. Time on. Are you leaving it on a lot? Maybe it needs breaks.
A:AnswerThis is exactly what we use it for. Connect receiver into projector and transmitter to your sound bar or stereo receiver and connect the DVD player to the other HDMI ports on the sound bar or stereo receiver. If you do not have the audio hooked up I do not know how your system will supply audio... ours works great.
