No it doesn’t. If this is to increase storage on either pc there is usually one already on the motherboard and if it’s for the PS5 it has the screw and spacer already in the console.

Unfortunately no, least mine did not. Often you will have to rely on your MB having the screws. In my case the MB I bought has a heatsink with the screw in the right spot so it wasn't a problem.
