  • QuestionWhen running games, how badly does this computer overheat>

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. This product does well when running games, it sports an i7 and it's graphics is rendered by the Intel Iris Xe graphics. The computer will operate at normal operating temperatures for a majority of your gaming experience , however, please note that operating temperatures can vary depending on the amount of background processes opened, the resources demanded by the game, or if the laptop is running on a surface that does not dissipate heat properly (Like a bed). For best operating procedures, please use a hard surface like a table to operate your computer, be in an area with proper ventilation, and manage the amount of available processes are opened through task manager. If you would like the newest advancements in a gaming laptop, I also recommend our XPG Xenia 15KC. Hopefully this helps provide you with additional insight into your purchases. Thank you! Sincerely, The ADATA/XPG Team

  • QuestionI just purchased this laptop from Best Buy and it says that my copy of windows needs to be activated. Where can I find the activation key?

    Asked by Kevin.

    • Answer Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the issue you have had with our product. The best way to resolve the issue is to make sure you are currently up to date on the current version of Windows. You will not need an activation code as it is already installed on your laptop's SSD. • QuestionI recently bought this laptop and I'm having a problem when it goes to sleep. After a while of being suspended it does not wake up again and the option I have is to press and hold the power key to force a complete shutdown on. Can be a BIOS issue?

    Asked by Pepetrueno.

    • Answer Hello Sir, This is not a BIOS issue, rather it is a system feature that is auto allocated by the Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system to conserve power and functionality. You may always choose to adjust these settings. Please follow the directions below: Open the Settings app. Click System, then choose Power & sleep. On the far right, click Additional power settings. From the window that appears, click Choose when to turn off the display. Take a look at the advanced power settings as well. Click Change advanced power settings, then expand each section to verify if sleep is allowed on each (none of them should say "Never"). If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us through the ADATA website. Thank you! Sincerely, The ADATA/XPG Team
