Q: QuestionI have ordered a TV and Speaker Mount with Geeksqad I have a Klipsch Reference 5.1.2 Atmos speaker system. I am looking into getting this speaker set up with wires conceleaded in the dry wall. Please confirm this order will take care of this.

• A:Answer I was told the Geek Squad can not install in the wall wires if it is an exterior wall. You have to hire an electrician to do the job. The reason I was told was because of the added insulation in the wall.

Q: QuestionWe had the rear speakers of our Surround System working fine but now do not. They connect by bluetooth to the sound bar and that light turns solid green still so it just seems to be a sound setup problem that none of the menues ive found are any help.

Q: QuestionI’m planning to have a full motion TV mount installed by Geek Squad. If I supply a mounting bracket for a sound bar can you also install that onto the TV mount at the same time - if so is there an additional cost.

• A:Answer It is my understanding from local Best Buy that an in home consultation is free. You can check with Geek Squad regarding the parts. My TV, sound bar, sound bar mounting bracket, and full motion mounting cost $49 to install because I purchased one year Total Tech Membership. Otherwise it would cost $99 to install all of the above. Q: QuestionOur TV remote isn't controlling the TV it's the harmony 650 and we have had horrible trouble with it since we had our new TV installed by best buy. Please help I looked up the manual but it doesn't help either. I pushed the help button and it don't work
