It includes everything from Adobe... so yes, it has the new Lightroom CC. Here is the Adobe page, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html You will need a Student or Teacher account to use this version. You register as a student/teacher with Adobe through your validated school and are then allowed to install on no more than 2 computers that are tied to your account. Yes it does include Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, and some other Adobe programs. You will have to use an email address from a school to activate this particular license though since it is a Student and Teacher edition. If you don't have an email address from a school then you will have to purchase the full version, which is about 3x the price. If you only need Photoshop and Lightroom there is a non-student yearly license for those programs which costs about the same as this one. Any of the Creative Cloud Licenses are for one user seat, which will allow you to login to two computers at a time.
