My understanding is that you can install this on a primary and secondary computer - such as a a laptop and desktop when you use both. However, the program cannot be run on both devices at the same time.

However, you may not run the software simultaneously on both the primary and secondary computers." No more than one user can use a single-user-license Adobe product.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One install, but if you have two pc's, you could edit it on the one you have it downloaded onto, and put the edited version onto your other computer. You might also look at paying extra for licensing for other pc's.
